Work Description

Support tasks included installing, supporting and maintaining servers or other computer systems and planning for and responding to service outages and other problems. Our personnel diagnosed software and hardware failures to resolution, also assisting in the prevention of computer hacking and other security problems by implementing preventive measures in compliance with AF or IC enterprise architecture. We ensured that all firewalls and intrusion detection or other information assurance systems fully functioned and remained current. Our personnel monitored system performance and resolved issues related to efficient and effective system use. Other support included operational, software, network / hardware, technical, LAN/WAN/MAN, telecommunications (data, voice, images, including wireless) and help desk / IT assistance hotline.
